We are grateful to get to help students connect and grow in The Lord. College was a pivotal time in our relationship’s with God. We were discipled by godly examples in our lives. Here is the vision that captured our hearts: The everyday person can have an eternal impact on the world by investing in another person’s walk with God. So, it is our greatest joy to help another person deepen his or her relationship with God and learn how to serve Him in the normal everyday context. Seeing people grow in this way has been the most joyful reward.

Mike Sulc

Director of Life to Life Africa
God’s calling on Mike’s life is to use his servant heart to help those in difficult life circumstances. Mike tirelessly travels to Zimbabwe and serves to support the ministry’s needs. Mike and the Zimbabwean team are striving to serve the Zimbabwean community in sustainable and empowering ways. He has been serving with Life To Life Africa since 2011

Arthur Nhau

Country Director, Zimbabwe 
A humble leader who always puts God’s word first, Arthur’s heart is to build laborers for God’s Kingdom one person at a time. Arthur received extensive ministry training for years in Zimbabwe as well as excelling in a 2 year training program in Nigeria. He has faithfully led in many roles over the years. From Campus Ministry Director, to Director of Training, to Country Director, Arthur has shown an enduring commitment to the vision of Life To Life.

Jim and Nancy Cunneen

Founder & Chairman
Jim founded Life to Life Ministry in 1998. He and his wife Nancy were long time Staff Trainers and Campus ministers with another collegiate ministry. Jim and Nancy brought their extensive experience on multiple college campuses and foundational commitment of one on one discipleship to be the bedrock of Life To Life Ministry. Jim served as President 1998-2015. He is involved with the team in Orlando. Jim has written several books on discipleship and other ministry topics.
